Bootleg Blues Jam
If you are a bit daunted by the prospect of jamming in front of an audience, Joel runs some Blues sessions in Woburn Sands on Thursday evenings which are held behind closed doors.
If you have, perhaps, not played in a band for a while, or at all, then these jams could be perfect for you.
Note that the “jamming” group has morphed over time into a “band” consisting mainly of regulars (and up to 4 guitarists), but they are always on the lookout for new players, particularly non-guitarists(!). Feel free to get in touch to see if they can fit you in. If there is sufficient demand from guitarists and non-guitarists alike, then it’s more than possible that other sessions might be organized… Contact Joel Silber
If you are a musician and want to meet up with others in 2s and 3s rather than attend a blues jam. Get in touch and we will add you to the list. The list will only be shared with those on the list.
